Wisconsin Property Managers offers handyman and maintenance services, property management, and real estate investment services. Specific service details, including scope of work and pricing, are communicated during the intake and agreement process for each job.
All services require a minimum of 2 business days' advance notice for scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Wisconsin Property Managers to charge your credit card for deposits, final balances, and any applicable fees.
Before work begins, you may be required to sign a digital Service Agreement outlining the specific scope of work, estimated cost, and timeline. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms described therein. The Service Agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wisconsin Property Managers for the services described.
When you provide your phone number and consent through our handyman service intake forms, you are opting in to receive SMS text messages from Wisconsin Property Managers related to your handyman service request. These messages may include scheduling confirmations, arrival notifications, job status updates, payment reminders, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies based on your active service requests.
Wisconsin Property Managers will perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, WPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
